With Thanksgiving just around the corner and many other holidays to come, it’s important to take a moment every once in a while to be grateful. That can be easier said than done sometimes, especially when you’re struggling with your health. Facing the holidays while trying to stay sober or deal with constant migraines is more daunting than joyous. But there is always something to be grateful for, even if it’s small, and you will most likely feel better if you focus on the positive rather than the negative.
